so why are muslims not allowed to own land or travel freely? and if so why are muslims fleeing? surely if the oppressors were muslim then 200,00+ muslims would not have fled…

I am not sure whom you are reffering to. But for your knowledge there are many muslims who are myanmar nationality can travel freely and they can own land.
For those who are not myanmar nationality (buddhists or muslims or whatever) , ofcourse they are not allowed to travel freely and own land. It depends on their citizenship status. Every country has their own LAW. It’s not about RACTIS. I hope you can understand.
